Lavender harvesting machines - DE PIETRI

Lavender harvesting holds no secrets for us

There are many aromatic and fragrant herbs, but lavender certainly represents excellence. Extremely delicate, it has flowers with an incomparable fragrance that characterise it as unique.

Native to the Mediterranean area, it usually flowers from spring to summer, although the period may vary depending on the type of plant (lavender or lavandin), climate and geographical location. Lavender flourishes in a dry climate and has excellent resistance to non-intensive cold. Today, it is cultivated in various parts of the world.

Lavender is no longer a purely decorative plant, it is in fact widely used in cosmetics and herbal medicine for its pleasant scent. It is also widely used in phytotherapy and gastronomy.

Have you ever tasted honey or some natural lavender flower candy? Or even some good lavender ice cream?

WE’LL LET YOU IN ON A SECRET: for many of these products, the lavender used was harvested with DE PIETRI harvesters
