Container capacity
The crop container is the main container into which the product is loaded during the harvesting operations. It must be sized to suit the quantity of crop harvested, the distance to be covered and the frequency with which the product must be unloaded.
A well-designed container enables harvesting work to proceed non-stop for a long period of time with the fewest manoeuvres.
Our machines can be equipped with fixed or dump body containers of various sizes that can be configured to suit your type of crop and logistics management of the field.
Rollers or belts for the harvesting system
The harvesting system is the most delicate part of the entire machine. It is here that the product comes into contact with the machinery and it is on this that crop integrity, clean cutting and final quality depend.
Each crop requires a different approach: some varieties must be treated with extreme care while others can be handled more rapidly.
To obtain the best result, we customize by choosing from among rollers, belts and conveyors, which are calibrated to suit the type of crop, the consistency of the product and the level of precision required.

Telescopic or side dumping: field organization begins here
Efficient harvesting does not end when the product is cut: the crop dumping stage must also be optimized.
Choose whether to dump from the side or top, depending on the features of the cultivated terrain and the means of transport.
We design customized dumping systems; choose between:
- Telescopic dumping belt kit, to unload directly into containers or trailers.
- Side dumping belt kit, to rapidly unload the harvested product onto the ground or other surfaces.
Built-in sorter table: quality begins by sorting
The sorter table enables the operator to perform an initial selection by hand while harvesting, so as to separate leaves, residues or waste before the product reaches the container.
This stage is particularly useful when the product is intended to be consumed fresh or fresh-cut and packaged ready for consumption.
We create sorter tables that can be customized as to length, number of work stations and angle of inclination, thereby improving operator comfort and productivity.
Blade levelling system: precise cut, uniform result
To obtain a clean and consistent cut, it is essential to maintain the blade at the correct height from ground level when harvesting. If the blade is too high, it will leave much of the product in the field, while if it is too low, it could damage the soil or the machine.
We propose two levelling systems:
- With roller, for simple, sturdy mechanical contact.
- With sensors, to automatically adapt to uneven ground.
Both systems ensure a precise, uniform and consistent cut while protecting roots and improving efficiency.
Mowing bar: enhanced efficiency during the first cutting stage
Certain crops require a clean initial cut before being conveyed to the harvesting system.
The mowing bar, which can be built into the front or side part of the machine, simplifies this operation and speeds up the production cycle.
This is a very useful customization if the crops are densely planted or for carpet crops where evenness and rapidity must be ensured right from the very first stages.
Windproof net: neat and tidy even in adverse conditions
In windy weather, loss of leaves or crops when harvesting is a real risk.
The windproof net at the side is one of the most appreciated customizing proposals since it protects the harvested product as it is conveyed on the belts and keeps the harvesting point neat and tidy even when the weather is uncertain.
