DE PIETRI has designed the FR 38 Eco Special harvester for maximum optimisation when harvesting Valerian salad. The patented mowing bar that allows a clean, precise cut, the self-adjustment of the cutting height and the soil residue elimination system are all features that guarantee excellent end results without produce waste.
The FR 38 Eco Special is nevertheless a very versatile harvester; in addition to harvesting Valerian, it can also be used with other vegetables with similar characteristics.

The main features of the FR 38 ECO Special Electric harvester
4-wheel drive hydrostatic transmission, electronically controlled by a joystick with adjustable work speed and a stop and pre-set speed automatic resumption device; during picking up, the machine can move forward autonomously thanks to an automatic driving system. Steering with steering wheel.
Mowing bar
The mowing bar is fitted with a highly durable ribbon blade and self-centring pulleys; available in several versions to be able to meet the different picking up needs. The cutting height adjustment is controlled by electronic sensors that guarantee perfect and total work height control without damaging or mistreating the crops and the ground.
Picking-up
The picking-up belt is fitted with adjustable work speed and complies with the different standards in force for foodstuffs.
